PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING OBJECTIVES

Personal data is processed by Lokofracht for the purposes set out below:
1.    realization of a contract or order; legal basis: art. 6 par. 1 b) GDPR (processing period: the duration of the contract or order or period of limitation of claims resulting from the relevant provisions of the contract or order or the period necessary to establish, secure, assert or defend claims);
2.    business contacts, response to an inquiry; legal basis: art. 6 par. 1 f) GDPR (processing period: until the date of acceptance of the objection filed under article 21 of the GDPR);
3.    realization of a contract or order between Lokofracht and another entity; legal basis: art. 6 par. 1 f) GDPR (processing period: the duration of the contract or order or period of limitation of claims resulting from the relevant provisions of the contract or order or the period necessary to establish, secure, assert or defend claims);
4.    fulfillment of the legal obligation to prepare and keep the documentation, legal basis: art. 6 par. 1 c) GDPR (processing period: for a period provided for in specific regulations).


INFORMATION ON PERSONAL DATA RECEIVERS

The administrator has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients, if it is necessary to achieve the goals set out above or to fulfill the obligations incumbent on the Administrator.  In such a case, we will provide personal data to three groups of recipients: persons authorized by us, our employees and associates who must have the access to personal data in order to perform their duties, processors, entrusted with the processing of personal data and other data recipients, e.g. intermediaries, domain registers, certifying authorities, couriers, banks, insurers, law firms, debt collection entities, public authorities.

Providing personal data referred to in the PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING OBJECTIVES  is voluntary but necessary for the execution of a contract or order concluded with you or is necessary for the execution of a contract or order with another entity, and failure to provide them and the lack of consent for processing will make it impossible to implement the concluded contract or order, or it will make it impossible to take actions aimed at executing a contract or an order.
