Cornerstone of our company is realization of forwarding and logistic services on the highest quality level, complying with legal requirements, providing maximum Customer satisfaction, which is recommendation for receiving further contracts.
We pursue Quality Management policy by:

• reliability of action, operability, partner relations in cooperation with Customers, Subcontractors and other concerned parties,
• market observation and responding to needs, opinions and expectations of our present and potential Customers,
• professional action responding to Customers and legal requirements,
• cooperation with the best, proven Subcontractors and Suppliers, recognized on domestic and foreign markets, offering products and services of the best quality, fulfilling  all legal requirements,
• securing of the high qualifications and personal commitment of our employees in all the actions having influence on the quality of  our services
• monitoring, review, verification and periodic evaluation of efficiency and adequacy of  established policy, which make frames for every year mapped measurable goals; and putting attention to the fact that all the employees were informed and understood policy and stemming from it aims and thereby make  contribute to it implementation by right fulfillment of delegated duties and authorities,
• commitment to the safety of all operational activities, the health of workers, environmental protection in terms of ensuring contamination-free travel routes, and reviewing and updating policy in these areas,
• expressly prohibiting the consumption at work or being under the influence of prohibited medicines, drugs or alcohol, and ensuring that Subcontractors provide their services in accordance with the same rules for their staff,
• apply the business ethics principles set forth in the Company's Code of Ethics with respect for workers' rights and human rights, in the interests of security and the environment in which they operate, as well as cooperation with Subcontractors, to which there are no objections as regards business conduct ethics.

We would like that implemented System of Quality Management meeting standards ISO 9001:2015 was foundation for permanent improving our work.
